Mini Animals - Mongolian & European
A selection of our Mini Animals....
We'll start with the Mongolian animals
The Mongolian Camel - with two humps.
All these animals are hand made from felt and are about 8cm long.
They are NOT suitable for small children (or anyone or anything else likely to try to eat them...).
The felt is all handmade.
The Yak - Yaks are found in Tibet, Mongolia and other places where you need a woolly cow.
The Yak has been modelled moulting, in the process of shedding the long winter coat ready for the warmer weather of spring and summer.
The Horse - Mongolians are famous for their horse riding skills.
Hardy Mongolian Horses transported Genghis Khan's armies across Asia, Russia and to the gates of Europe
The Sheep - Mongolian sheep really do look like this, with a white body and brown head.
A couple of not so Mongolian animals....
Spotty Dog - one of our most popular mini animals. The tail is made in a loop shape so it can be used as a key ring or hang from a bag.
As with all our animals, hand made felt, hand coloured & hand sewn.
